The AI Clone That Writes Your Content, Answers Clients, and Boosts Revenue
What if you could show up consistently online, support your clients around the clock, and never fall behind on content again—without adding more to your plate?
In this episode of the Creator’s MBA podcast, I sat down with Brittany Long, the AI cloning expert who’s helping business owners do exactly that. Brittany and I dive deep into what it really means to “clone yourself” using AI—and how this approach can free up your time, energy, and creative capacity in ways you might not have imagined.
Whether you’re a course creator, coach, or membership owner, this conversation will get your wheels turning on how to grow your business without being constantly on.
From Burnout to AI Breakthrough
Brittany’s story started like so many of ours—juggling the demands of business, health, and family, and realizing that the current pace just wasn’t sustainable. After a cancer scare and a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, she knew she had to work smarter, not harder.
That’s when she turned to AI—not just to help her write faster or brainstorm ideas, but to literally clone herself in ways that would let her scale without sacrificing her wellbeing.
Her philosophy? Use AI to safeguard your legacy and remove friction from your business—so you can grow without regret.
What Does It Really Mean to Clone Yourself?
Cloning yourself doesn’t mean duplicating everything you do or replacing yourself with robots. It means identifying the highest-impact areas of your business—and creating AI-driven systems that replicate your voice, expertise, and presence.
Brittany breaks this down into four types of AI clones:
Social Clone: A video and voice clone trained on your best days (hello, hair done and makeup on!) so you can show up on Instagram, YouTube, and in trainings—without actually recording new content every time.
Written Clone: A system that takes a short voice memo and turns it into a blog post, email, LinkedIn article, IG caption, and more—all in your authentic voice.
Coach Clone: An AI-powered assistant trained on 1.5 million+ of Brittany’s words, answering client questions 24/7 while capturing insights for future content and offers.
Brain Clone: A decision-making assistant that helps reduce fatigue, streamline choices, and keep Brittany aligned with her goals—even on low-energy days.
The 15-Minute Workflow That Creates an Entire Content Suite
One of the most mind-blowing parts of our conversation was when Brittany walked me through her content creation process. Here’s how it works:
She records a 4–6 minute voice note in the car after school drop-off.
That note is uploaded to a Google Drive folder.
An automation kicks off that transcribes the note and uses her written clone to create:
A blog post
A Facebook post
A LinkedIn article
An Instagram caption
A YouTube script
An IG Reel script
By the time she walks into her office, all the content is ready to go.
This single workflow takes less than 15 minutes and replaces hours of manual work. No writing from scratch, no batching sessions, no “what should I post today?” panic.
Supporting Clients 24/7—Without Being Online 24/7
Brittany’s coach clone is perhaps the most powerful example of using AI to serve deeply and sustainably. Her students and clients have sent over 2,000 messages to the clone in just a few months—saving Brittany 40+ hours while giving her clients instant answers any time of day.
The best part? It’s not just pulling from generic GPT responses. It’s trained on Brittany’s real frameworks, past conversations, and unique voice.
She also shared how this has opened up a new layer of connection—letting clients ask questions they might hesitate to ask in a live setting, and giving her visibility into exactly where they’re getting stuck (aka what content to create next).
Where to Start With AI Cloning in Your Business
Feeling inspired but unsure where to begin? Brittany recommends starting with a time study to identify what’s taking up your hours—and which of those tasks could be cloned.
Then, use AI to help you identify:
Which clone will have the highest impact with the lowest effort
What you can delete, delegate, automate, or clone
Where your friction points are (those things you always avoid or procrastinate)
From there, you can decide whether to begin with a written clone, social clone, coach clone, or brain clone—based on your unique goals and needs.
Final Thoughts
AI isn’t just a shortcut—it’s a way to honor your energy, expand your reach, and create a business that works for you. Brittany’s approach is such a powerful example of what’s possible when we stop trying to do it all ourselves and start building systems that actually support our lives.
If you’re curious about how to start cloning yourself—or if you’re just tired of being the bottleneck in your business—this episode is a must-listen.

[00:00:00] Dr. Destini Copp: Welcome to the Creator's MBA podcast, your go-to resource for mastering the art and science of digital product entrepreneurship. My name is Dr. Destini Copp and I help business owners generate consistent revenue from their digital product business without the need to be glued to their desk, constantly live launching, or worrying about the social media algorithms. I hope you enjoy our episode today.
And my special guest today is Brittany Long. Brittany is the AI cloning expert who works with ambitious entrepreneurs to automate, clone, and scale their businesses with AI for a regret-free life. Brittany, I am super excited to chat about one of my favorite topics—AI. Specifically, we're honing in on using AI to clone ourselves in our businesses.
[00:01:00] Before we dive in, can you tell the audience a bit more about you and how you help people?
Brittany Long: Absolutely! I'm a former award-winning educator. I thought I’d be in education my whole life, but a cancer scare led me to pivot into being a business owner. I started in copywriting, which felt safe—until ChatGPT came out. I knew it was going to change everything. I had a choice: be scared or pivot again. So I pivoted and committed to learning everything I could about AI, and sharing what I learned with others.
Over the years, I had my daughter and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. That affected my energy levels, and it became essential that I not sit at my desk all day. When I do, my blood sugar skyrockets. So I had to find a better way. I tried a treadmill desk—too jostly. Then I thought, "I'm already using AI—what if I could use it to clone myself?" That’s what led to building a system that allows me to get things done without being the one always doing them.
[00:03:00] Dr. Destini Copp: For background, Brittany and I have known each other for years. You spoke at one of my summits on evergreen email sequences back in your copywriter days. It’s so exciting to see how far things have come.
So let’s start here: What does it actually mean to clone yourself with AI, especially as a solo entrepreneur, course creator, or membership site owner?
Brittany Long: Great question. For me, it’s about expanding my team without hiring. It’s about safeguarding my legacy and removing friction. I use a video and voice clone—what I call my "social clone"—for YouTube, Instagram reels, onboarding messages, even courses. I still write my scripts because I enjoy that, but there are days I don’t want to put on makeup or get camera-ready. My clone is trained from a video where I looked my best. She looks great and gets the job done.
Then there’s my "written clone." I record 4–6 minute voice notes, and my system turns them into blog posts, LinkedIn articles, emails, Instagram captions—everything. It sounds just like me, with very little editing.
[00:05:00] I also have a "coach clone" that supports our program students and clients. They can ask questions 24/7, even if I’m asleep or offline. It's trained on over 1.5 million of my own words. So it sounds and responds exactly like I would.
And finally, I have a "brain clone." I get decision fatigue—between my business, clients, and my daughter’s endless amazing questions. My brain clone helps me process decisions, review previous context, and guide me based on my values and goals.
[00:06:30] Dr. Destini Copp: Let’s dig into that social clone. So many people listening struggle with consistent social media. How does it actually save you time?
Brittany Long: Without the clone, a blog post could take me a full day. A YouTube video? Hours. With my system, I record a voice memo while driving to work. I drop it into a Google Drive folder. That triggers an automation that creates a blog post, YouTube script, Facebook post, IG caption, and more. By the time I park and walk into the office—less than 15 minutes later—it’s all done.
[00:08:30] Dr. Destini Copp: And how does your team use those scripts?
Brittany Long: A team member copies the YouTube script, tests it with the clone to make sure it looks and sounds good, and uploads it. The descriptions are prewritten. We can automate the uploads too, but right now we do it manually to avoid errors.
[00:09:30] Dr. Destini Copp: Let’s talk about your brain clone. How did you build it?
Brittany Long: It lives in a ChatGPT project. I gave it my personality assessments, values, energy fluctuations, and goals. It helps me make aligned decisions, like prioritizing rest over late-night work when my health is at stake. It’s like a thinking partner.
[00:11:00] Dr. Destini Copp: For coaches and course creators listening—where should they start?
Brittany Long: Start with your goals. Then do a time study—track what you’re doing every 15 minutes for 4 days. Upload that into ChatGPT and ask: what can I delete, delegate, automate, or clone? Then, figure out which clone gives you the highest impact with the lowest effort. That’s your starting point.
[00:13:00] Dr. Destini Copp: What’s one clone you created that completely amazed you?
Brittany Long: The coach clone. In under 90 days, it’s handled 2,000+ messages—that’s over 40 hours of support. Clients get instant help. I can see what they’re struggling with, which helps me improve content. It’s personal, powerful, and scalable.
[00:15:00] Dr. Destini Copp: I love that. It even helps with mindset, doesn’t it?
Brittany Long: 100%. People use it to ask questions they’d be embarrassed to ask me directly. I do the same with my coach’s clone. It’s less intimidating and super effective.
[00:16:30] Dr. Destini Copp: Brittany, this has been amazing. Where can people find you, and tell us about your free gift?
Brittany Long: You can find me at ImpactDrivenAI.com or on Instagram and YouTube @womenthrivewithai. My free gift is the "Moneymaker GPT"—a tool that asks you the same questions I’d ask in a consult to help you make more money with what you’re already doing. It’s completely free—just email me if it helps you so I can celebrate with you!
[00:18:00] Dr. Destini Copp: Thank you so much for being here, Brittany. I’m going to try some of these myself!
And to our listeners—thanks for tuning in. If you enjoyed the episode, I’d love for you to leave a review on Apple Podcasts or your favorite platform. Talk to you soon!
