I'm super excited that you're joining me, and we are in the middle of a series that I'm calling the Creator's Growth Flywheel series. Yesterday, we talked about the shift that has everyone feeling stuck in the online world. I walked you through why growth feels heavier, slower, and definitely harder than what it used to.

Today we're going straight into one of the biggest sources of frustration for digital product creators: funnels. I hear this all the time: "My funnel used to convert, but it's just not working anymore." People go through it, but not many are buying. Or, "I've built multiple funnels and none of them are working like they should." Some people even say, "I keep tweaking things, but nothing is changing."

If that sounds like you, let me save you months of guessing. It isn't your funnel and it isn't your business. It's just that your funnel isn't connected to anything. Funnels can convert, but they're only a piece of the system. They're one stage of a larger system: your growth flywheel. Let's talk about what's really happening here.

The big problem is that funnel thinking is outdated. For years, the online business world preached that if you build a funnel and drive fast traffic to it, you’ll make money. And for a while, that worked. But here's what people are experiencing now: funnels may convert once, but without connection to your overall business system—your flywheel—they don’t build momentum.
